I watch as a pack of women run towards the beach. To my left, a naked year old man plays a game of ping pong with his female companion. He keeps dropping the ball. I cover my eyes with a magazine as he crouches to pick it up.
Recently I came face-to-face with my fear of being naked in public. It was at a nude resort in Negril, Jamaica , where, in addition to its sexy pool games, public sex "playroom," and large population of swingers, visitors can choose to stay on the "nude side"—a portion of the grounds that's no-clothing-allowed. That's where I'd be vacationing, and to be honest, I was terrified. Though some guests shed their clothes to confront body insecurities or sexual shame, I had a different fear going into the resort: Namely, that people mostly men would take my naked body as an invitation. After all, revealing clothes are frequently used to excuse sexual assault. If a guy buys into that ideology, what would he think of a woman's wearing literally nothing?
PAGET: I went to a nudist sex resort and here’s what happened
When my husband and I vacationed in Jamaica recently, we took a side trip. We got ourselves a day pass to a different kind of resort. A nude resort. I didn't promise my husband I would go through with it.
Is the nude beach at Sandals Royal Carribean still open. Has anyone been to Sandals Royal Carribean recently who can report on the nude beach status. Anyone going who want to meet up in mid-July. It is a clothing optional beach , not a nude beach.
